We are looking for a Administrator who will help us design, create and develop marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
- Act as the point of contact among executives, clients and other external partners
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Complete direct tasks from the boss
Requirements
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High sense of responsibility
- Fluent English
